New customers who are using our service for the first time are required to register to create an account to get an username and password. Then log into the Author interface and follow the instructions to complete payment and submission of your manuscript.
The edited manuscript will be available in your account for downloading within the chosen turnaround time. You will receive an e-mail alert informing you about your manuscripts on completion of editing and its availability in the author interface.
