Pronouns and Case – Just Like Me.

Traditionally, like is a preposition not a conjunction: My son looks just like me; ?? My son walks just like I did at his age. In this second example, like should strictly read as or in the same way as instead.
Since like is a preposition, it should take the object form of pronoun. Take care not to use the subject form ( an especially tempting error when a distracting and precedes the pronoun): X Wendy, like Robert and I, goes to bed very late.
