While Manuscriptedit.com, a subsidiary of Reseapro Scientific Services (P) Ltd., takes all necessary precautions to safeguard submitted documents, it shall not be held liable for loss due to power failure, hardware/software failure, computer viruses, natural disasters, or any unforeseen factors beyond its control.
Payment must be received before the release of the completed document unless agreed upon otherwise.

Therefore, despite best efforts, Manuscriptedit shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations where such failure results from causes beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, epidemics such as COVID-19, mechanical, electronic or communication failures, or human error. This clause excludes any claim for refund for subscribed or purchased services.
