SpringerNature’s Frankfurt listing values 7 billion euro

To minimize the risks from volatile stock markets, SpringerNature, the publisher of science magazine Nature, has proposed a Frankfurt listing valued at 7 billion euros ($8.6 billion) including debt. Bookrunners Goldman Sachs and BNP Paribas, and global coordinators JP Morgan and Morgan Stanley, have been appointed to help with the listing.
